R. Dhan Rahadiansyah

R. Dhan Rahadiansyah achieved his law degree (Sarjana Hukum) from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, majoring in International Law in 2007.

While in campus, Dhan took some workshop in law field, i.e. the workshop of “Intellectual Property: Patent Rights” that was held by Asean Law Student Association (ALSA) University of Padjadjaran in cooperation with Amroos & Partners Law Firm, the workshop of “Intellectual Property Crime Related to Information Technology and E-Medicine” that was presented by Departemen Hukum dan HAM R.I & Badan Pembinaan Hukum Nasional (BPHN), the workshop of “Perkembangan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi di Indonesia” that was held by O.C. Kaligis & Associates Law Firm, the workshop of “Penerapan Dissenting Opinion Dalam Putusan Hakim di Indonesia” that was organized by Student Executive Association (Badan Eksekutif Mahasiwa) University of Padjadjaran, the workshop of “Dari KUHAP menuju RUU KUHAP” that was held by Student Executive Association (Badan Eksekutif Mahasiwa) University of Padjadjaran in association with Dr. jur. Adnan Buyung Nasution, SH. and Dr. Albert Hasibuan, SH.

After Dhan achieved his Law Degree, Dhan started his legal career in 2007 as assistant lawyer in Ambadar & Partners Law Firm which specialized in Intellectual Property (IP) matters. Then on January 2009, he moved to Frans Winarta & Partners Law Firm as a Junior Lawyer. When he worked in Ambadar & Partners Law Firm, Dhan had responsibilities to Manage IP Portfolio, IP Litigation, IP Registration, IP Renewal, IP Maintenance, and IP Advocacy. Then as a Junior Lawyer in Frans Winarta & Partners Law Firm, Dhan‘s job descriptions are general litigation and arbitration works such as legal research, drafting in/out of court legal documents, and also attending the court hearing to assist the Senior Lawyer. He likes to read a lot of books and literatures in connection to legal matters and also write legal articles, especially in IP matters.

On November 2009, Dhan passed the Bar Examination that was held by PERADI (Indonesian Advocate Organization) in Jakarta.
