Faoso F. Telaumbanua

As part of our commitment to render legal services of quality, our firm also bring in the expertise of other legal scholars and experts as required. We are now retaining Faoso Forani Telaumbanua as our of counsel, when necessary, Faoso will assist as in rendering the areas of corporate legal matters, commercial transactions both domestic and transnational, investment, capital market, human resources & manpower, legal administrative services and tax.

Faoso graduated from International Law Program, Faculty of Law, Padjajaran University, Bandung (1988). He continued his study in Master of Law Program, University of Indonesia and graduated in 2006. He also studied Master of Management Program in Sahid University, Jakarta specializing in Capital Market in 2001. He was actively involved in numerous legal trainings and courses either in Indonesia or overseas. He is admitted as a member of United Indonesian Bar (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia-PERADI), Association of Indonesian Legal Consultants (Asosiasi Konsultan Hukum Indonesia-AKHI), Indonesian Institute of Audit Committee (Ikatan Komite Audit Indonesia-IKAI) and as a Capital Market Legal Consultant, registered under the Indonesian Capital Market Supervisory Agency- BAPEPAM-LK and as a Coordinator of the Forum of Professionals for the Study and Consultation for Indonesian Investment Promotion (Forum Promosi Investasi Indonesia) .

Faoso started his career as an assistant/co-researcher of International Law Department, Padjajaran University, Bandung. He started his career as a lawyer in Law Firm Kusnandar & Associates. Faoso then continued his legal practice in ARCO Indonesia- Atlantic Richfield Company as an attorney and member of procurement committee. He handled the legal aspects, permits and licenses with relation to oil and gas mining operation including contracts of oil and gas. He then joined Arthur Andersen (Prasetio Utomo Consult) Tax, Legal & Business Advisory as Associate Manager – Legal and then joined Ernst & Young (Roosdiono & Partners) as a legal manager. In both companies, Faoso conducted legal research and provided legal advices in business and tax and other projects in government offices and industries. Currently, Faoso is still active as a legal consultant, advocate and interpreter.
