4. Represented PT Kaltim Prima Coal, BP International Ltd., Sangatta Holding Ltd. in the tort civil lawsuit filed by the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan at the South Jakarta District Court with respect to matters pertaining to the divestment of shares of PT Kaltim Prima Coal

Representing Rio Tinto Plc, BP Plc., Pacific Resources Investments Ltd., BP International Ltd. in the tort civil lawsuit filed by the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan and Regional Company Melati Bhakti Satya at the Central Jakarta District Court and the Supreme Court with respect to the shares divestment matters of PT Kaltim Prima Coal
6. Representing ConocoPhillips (Ramba) Ltd. in the tort civil lawsuit filed by the Receiver of PT Sapta Sarana Persona Prima at the Central Jakarta District Court with respect to the contractual matters
7. Representing Arco/BP West Java Ltd. and PT Pertamina (Persero) in the tort civil lawsuit filed by the ex-employees of Arco at the South Jakarta District Court, Jakarta High Court and the Supreme Court with respect to income tax matters;

Representing PT Kideco Jaya Agung (coal mining company) in the tort civil lawsuit filed by the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan and the Government of Pasir Regency at the Balikpapan District Court, Samarinda High Court and the Supreme Court with respect to the shares divestment matters of PT Kideco Jaya Agung
9. Representing PT Kideco Jaya Agung and its shareholders, namely Samtan Co Ltd and Samchully Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. in the tort civil lawsuit filed by the Government of Pasir Regency at the Tanah Grogot District Court, Samarinda High Court and the Supreme Court with respect to the shares divestment matters of PT Kideco Jaya Agung
10. Representing PT Apac Inti Corpora, PT Apac Century Corporation, PT Apac Centertex Corporation Tbk. in the tort civil lawsuit filed by Mr. Robby Tjahjadi at the South Jakarta District Court, Jakarta High Court and the Supreme Court with respect to the Kanindotex matters;
11. Representing Apco Worldwide, its President Director and the Asian Wall Street Journal in the tort civil lawsuit filed by the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan at the South Jakarta District Court and the Jakarta High Court with respect to the allegation of defamation

13. Represented Mr. Barnabas Suebu, (Governor of Papua) in a dispute of the election of the district head filed by Mr. Lucas Enembe over the office at the Supreme Court;
14. Represented ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia Inc., Mobil Cepu Ltd., and Amoplex Pte. Ltd., in the 2006 tort civil lawsuit filed by 110 Indonesian citizens at the Central Jakarta District Court with respect to the Cepu Block issue;
15. Represented the Asian Wall Street Journal, in the tort civil lawsuit filed by the Harvest International at the Central Jakarta District Court with respect to the allegation of defamation;
16. Representing the Law Debenture Trust Corporation, in the tort civil lawsuit filed by PT Ongko Multicorpora at the Central Jakarta District Court, Jakarta High Court and the Supreme Court with respect to the transfer of PT Bunas Finance Indonesia’s shares;
17. Representing PT Bank Multicor, a subsidiary of the Bank of Scotland in filing the breach of contract lawsuit against its debtor at the South Jakarta District Court;
18. Representing Ramayana Insurance in the tort civil lawsuit filed by its business partner at the Bandung High Court with respect to the contractual issues.
19. Accompanied BP Berau Ltd. at the investigation and the council hearing the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) with respect to the tender process of Tangguh Project in Papua

Criminal

With respect to criminal cases, our lawyers have significant experience in accompanying and/or defending the following clients in police/prosecutor investigations and/or in court:

Accompanied the President Director of PT Apco Worldwide during a police investigation at the Office of the Balikpapan Police as a result of the criminal report filed by the Governor of the East Kalimantan Province in connection with the opinion of the President Director that was published in the Asian Wall Street Journal;
3. Accompanied the management and employees of BP West Java Ltd during a police investigation by the Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Police Force (Polda Metro Jaya) as a result of a criminal report filed in connection with telecommunication issues;
4. Accompanied the management of PT Alico (a subsidiary of the CGG Group, France) during a police investigation at the Office of the South Jakarta Police as a result to a criminal report filed in connection with contractual issues;
5. Accompanied the management of the Shangrila Hotel during a police investigation at the Office of the Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Police Force (Polda Metro Jaya) as a result of a criminal report filed in connection with contractual issues;

11. Defended employees of PT Asiatic Persada (a subsidiary of Cargill) in an alleged torture case at the Muara Bulian District Court, Jambi.

Bankruptcy

With respect to bankruptcy cases, our lawyers have handled including:

5. Represented ConocoPhillips (Ramba) Ltd., in a receivables verification conducted by the Receiver of PT Sapta Sarana Persona Prima, at the Jakarta Commercial Court;
6. Represented Yamaichi Merchant Bank Limited, Singapore in the receivables verification conducted by the Receiver of PT Dharmala Sakti Sejahtera, at the Jakarta Commercial Court;
7. Represented Yamaichi Merchant Bank Limited, Singapore in the receivables verification conducted by the Receiver of PT Anwar Sierad, at the Jakarta Commercial Court;
8. Represented Yamaichi Merchant Bank Limited, Singapore in the receivables verification conducted by the Receiver of PT Putra Surya Multidana, at the Jakarta Commercial Court;

Administrative

2. Represented PT Asean Aceh Fertilizer in the administration lawsuit filed by the people of Aceh at the Banda Aceh Administrative Court;
3. Advised Arco/BP West Java on the administrative lawsuit filed by the ex-employee of Arco/BP West Java at the Jakarta High Administrative Court.

Competition

With respect to the unfair business competition cases, our lawyers have handled the following cases:

1. Representing Goldman Sachs Pte Ltd (Singapore) in the Central Jakarta District Court and the Supreme Court with regard to the disposal of the Pertamina VLCCs;
2. Representing BP Berau Ltd., in the hearing at the Commission of Unfair Business Competition with respect to the bidding issues.

Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Settlement

1. With regard to arbitration proceedings, our lawyers have handled in the following cases, including:
   Advised Rio Tinto Plc., BP Plc. Pacific Resource Investments Ltd., BP International Ltd. at the ICSID proceeding brought by the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan;
2. Advised PT INCO Tbk. in an ad hoc arbitration proceeding filed by PT Indokan;
3. Represented Total E&P Indonesia in the arbitration proceeding against PT Sanggar Kaltim Jaya at BANI;
4. Advised PT Astra Graphia in the potential arbitration proceeding with its business partner.

Constitutional Court

Our lawyers have also involved in the Constitutional Court (Mahkamah Konstitusi) proceeding when he and the team represented Indonesian Television Journalists Association (Ikatan Jurnalis Televisi Indonesia), Indonesian National Commercial Radio Broadcasters Union(Persatuan Radio Siaran Swasta Nasional Indonesia), Persatuan Perusahaan Periklanan Indonesia, Indonesian Association for Television Broadcasting (Asosiasi Televisi Siaran Indonesia), Indonesian Dubbing Association (Persatuan Sulih Suara Indonesia), Indonesian Television Community (Komunitas Televisi Indonesia) to file a Judicial Review against the Broadcasting Law at the Constitutional Court.
